Turn the allocation offer into a ranked accept / prioritize / pass list
One vehicle line at a time. Bring your stock & incoming list, your sales history, and the factory's allocation offer — key it in or upload a CSV — and this ranks what to fight for, what to take, and what to pass.
Run settings
One run = one vehicle line, one allocation offer. Target days' supply defaults to 45.
1 & 2 — Stock & incoming
One row per unit (or a row per combo with a Qty). Status: Ground (on the lot), In-Transit, or Allocated. Mark presold units — they're excluded from available supply. Upload a single CSV with a status column to cover current stock and incoming together.

Ranked result
Ranked by need, then by sales velocity as the tiebreaker. Prioritize = top-quartile seller and short — fight for these. Accept = above-median seller (or otherwise short) — take if offered. Pass = already at or over target, or zero history with no presold. Not Offered = you're short but the offer didn't cover it — flag it.
