Your team's self-eval, your real numbers, or your own gut — pick one, and get the full package: meeting plan at three lengths, a printable handout, role-play cards, talking points, and a follow-through line. Reps fill out the self-eval on their own phone at /managers/sales-meeting/self-eval/, gated by their own access code.
Topic selection — three ways
Your team's self-eval says one thing. Your numbers might say another. Pick whichever makes sense, or override it below.
Team heat map
Category score per rep, most recent submission. Red = weakest, green = strongest. A purple badge means that rep self-rates high overall (≥4.5 average) — worth checking against their actual numbers.
Confidence gaps & individuals to work with 1-on-1
A confidence gap is a category where reps are split (some high, some low) — a pairing/mentoring topic, not a whole-meeting one. An individual flag is a rep sitting 1.5+ points below the team average in one category.
Open-ended comments
Tag each comment to the category it's really about — ties in the topic pick are broken by which category shows up most here.
Key in a paper form
