Deal Desk Coach F&I

Deal and contract records — stock #s, interview notes, decline reasons, contract status — are processed in your browser and saved wherever you choose: a file on your computer, if your browser supports it, or a downloaded backup otherwise. They are never sent to DealDeskCoach servers or AI providers. Nothing about them syncs between devices on its own, including as an aggregate — Calendar & Forecast numbers are computed entirely from this workspace file, so they only follow you where the file goes. This claim covers this page only, not every tool on the site.

While you work, an unsaved-work recovery copy is kept in this browser's local storage (not a server) so an accidental tab close doesn't lose it. That copy is not encrypted and is not hidden from anyone with access to this device or browser profile — it's only scoped so a different DealDeskCoach login on this browser won't see it. "Clear Local Workspace Data" wipes that copy and closes the open workspace in this tab; it does not touch any file on disk. Signing out does the same automatically.
