Appointments, callbacks, and follow-ups by day. Your customer workspace is processed in your browser and saved wherever you choose — a file on your computer, if your browser supports it, or a downloaded backup otherwise. It is never sent to DealDeskCoach servers or AI providers. It does not sync between devices or browsers on its own — you carry it yourself, the same way you'd carry a spreadsheet. This claim covers this page only, not every tool on the site.
While you work, an unsaved-work recovery copy is kept in this browser's local storage (not a server) so an accidental tab close doesn't lose it — see "Unsaved work found" if one turns up. That copy is not encrypted and is not hidden from anyone who has access to this device or this browser profile; it's only scoped so a different DealDeskCoach login on this same browser won't see it. "Clear Local Workspace Data" above wipes that recovery copy and closes the open workspace in this tab — it does not touch any file on your disk. Signing out does the same automatically.

Everything you enter — names, numbers, notes — saves to one file that lives on your device, never on our servers. Click "Create My Workspace" above to start one; your browser will ask where to save it, same as saving any other file. Worked from this before? Use "Open My Workspace" to pick up where you left off, or "Paste to Restore" if you've got a backup copied.
